E-11 Blaster build.

I needed a smaller blaster than my T-21 so I did a pipe build using a PVC pipe and parts ordered off the internet. It's a lot easier to carry around.

 Some modifications include hollowing out the magazine to hold batteries and drilling out the scope to hold blinking lights and a faux laser.
